5 (and 1/2) months - running a little behind!

Weight: not sure....6 month appointment coming up!

Moods: Happy to be around everyone and anyone!  We have two sweet little babies....

Favorite foods: He's pretty into solids.  Squash seems to be the favorite, but he also likes bananas, apples, sweet potatoes, and green beans.  Peas....not so much.  Still breastfeeding well, but we are down to just a few bags in the freezer.  Not sure how much longer we can last!

Favorite toy:   A small ring with bumpy beads for chewing.  No teeth yet, but he gnaws on everything!

Favorite hobby: Jumping in the jumperoo or laying on the playmat - it's a toss up.  He's finally started jumping in the jumperoo instead of just standing there. :-)

Playtime: He loves to be upright so he can see the world; jumperoo, sitting in your lap, or in his vibrating seat.  If he is laying down, he loves it when you're right above him, in his face.....which is good, because he has a doting big sister who doesn't respect personal space. :-)  Has discovered his feet - loves to eat his socks!

Sleep: Trying to figure out if he wants two or three naps per day.  Nighttime sleep is pretty good....about 8pm - 7 or 7:30am, up twice to feed usually.  He goes right back down, thank goodness.

Milestones: 
-Social:  I just love baby belly laughs.  He is content to sit and observe, but he loves to be talked to!
-Language:  Squeals, not syllables. :-)
-Gross motor:  Rolls both ways.  Strong legs - loves to practice standing; for brief periods, I can just hold him with one hand while he 'stands'.  Workin' those abs - he tries to sit up from a reclined position.
-Fine motor:  Really good at grabbing toys and guiding them to his mouth.  Grabs glasses and fistfuls of hair.
